My “Other” Photography Services has come about through hands on experiences I have had while developing the core of my freelance photography business. I have come to realize that there are many different “value add” ways to apply and leverage my photography skill and knowledge in areas related to my core business.

I incorporate Choice and Control with most of my “Other” Photography offerings. You take possession of digital content I create for you. You are given the right to re-produce/re-print what I create for you on your own terms.

Each of the “Other” Photography Services I offer, still involves my developing a genuine rapport with people as I go about creating a custom solution that fits your specific needs.

Custom Business Card Design & Optional Printing
I capture images of your business (your products, your location, signage, employees, customers, etc.) that are used to develop a customized image based business card(s) that stands out from other text or limited graphics based cards.

I can design a number of different image based business cards with the same or different business/contact information as part of this process. Different images appeal to different types of customers.

Your image based business card transforms your contact info into a great mini promotional piece for your business.

I deliver to you digital ready to print versions of all business cards I create for you along with sample prints. You have complete choice and control over directly managing how many cards you print and through what channel (print on your own or through a third party printer). If you print cards on your own you can avoid setup charges and keep inventory of print cards to a minimum (avoids throw away waste when business card content changes, Just-In-Time “JIT” printing philosophy).

Custom Postcard Design & Optional Printing
I capture images of your business that are used to develop custom image based post card(s) that you would use to mail (e.g. Appointment reminders) or hand out to existing or potentially new Customers. Postcard would be more personalized and stand out from other text and general off the shelf graphics based postcards.

As an alternative to using images of your products, your location, signage, employees or customers; you could incorporate visually appealing landscapes images I capture in and around the upstate New York region on your Business Postcards.

Just like your image based business card, your image based postcard serves the secondary purpose as a promotional piece for your business. Postcard could also be used for electronic posting on a website.

Promotional Flyer Design & Optional Printing
Follows along the same lines as image based Custom Business and Postcard design except more text info is usually included in layout.

Promotional piece may be printed on different grades of paper stock, printed single or double sided, printed in multiple colors or in black and white.

Such promotional items could also be used for posting electronically on a website.

Examples of such work would be the creation of a promotional flyer for Entertainment Events, Special Sales, Grand Openings, Wedding Programs, etc. Promo handouts may be sized at 8.5” x 11” (other dimensions as well) and handed out as flat sheet or as a folded pamphlet.

Portfolio Documentation & Optional Printing
Artists and/or Businesses that produces and/or sells a tangible product, should understand the value of displaying quality images of the goods they offer, to potential customers in different settings (in person, on the web, during a sales call, etc.)

I capture and provide re-finished digital images of your goods that clearly display the distinctly unique physical make-up of your products. These images can easily be shared with others and printed on demand at manageable cost. Quality digital images can be used to produce eye catching promotional/marketing materials for your business.

Technical Documentation & Optional Printing
This is meant for businesses and households that have a need to capture quality images of real estate, architecture, historical artifacts, collections, personal/household belongings for insurance purposes and more.

Personalized Digital Photography Training “Knowledge is Power”
My Photography Training covers different aspects of photography such as depth of field, understanding of lighting etc, covers use of your specific camera equipment and accessories, images handling, refinishing and printing as well working with Windows based PC’s and image refinishing software packages.

By my very nature, I am an information sharer rather than a hoarder. I like to educate and empower people. When I worked in the traditional world of employment, I often found myself working with co-workers that retained unnecessary power or control over those they had been charged to serve, by intentionally keeping clients/customers in the dark about information and know how.

I thrive on sharing information with others with the intention of enriching people’s lives (empowering people, helping them achieve their goals, improve their personal well being).

I have taken the business and technology knowledge and experience I had during my traditional employment years and incorporated it into a variety of tangible and intangible “value adds” which I bring along with all aspects of my freelance photography venture.

For those of you that frequently come back to visit, my website will grow into an educational resource for Photography and other matters.

In the future, I plan on teaching the same Photography materials in small sized class room settings through local school district’s continuing education programs. I will keep you apprised of this development as it gets closer to becoming a reality.

Image Based Greeting Cards
I plan on developing different theme based packages of Greeting Cards which use versions of my Landscape and Finished Artwork images on the front side of greeting card. Inside of card will be left blank so you can use Greeting Card for whatever purpose you’d like.
