Landscape Photography

serivces-landscape_images-v1_300x30072dpi-3secs_apseMy landscape photography dovetails nicely with my finished art (Fine Art) photography. Just like my fine artwork I see my landscape work as a vehicle to connect with people through eye pleasing, thought provoking, awe inspiring, happy memory jogging images from the natural and man made world that surrounds us.

For years (since college) I have demonstrated an inherent ability to compose and capture images that produced inspirational thoughts and uplifting feelings in people that I shared my photographic work with.

An intrinsic goal of my Photo eScapes venture is to positively affect people through my images. I receive tremendous personal reward when my images affect people in an uplifting manner. I wish my Landscape images to create a sense of peace, stimulate inspiring thoughts and actions, spark creative thoughts and imagination, energize the spirit and bring about emotional feelings of well being and happiness with whom I share my work with.

With an eye for composition, my understanding of the dynamics of light and the equipment I have to work with; I attempt to capture and preserve the beauty, awe and wonder that surrounds us as I photograph special images of people, places, creatures and things. My original business tag line “Finding The Extraordinary in Everyday Life” was developed with this idea in mind.

As my website was launched I transformed my tag line into: “Capturing The Extraordinary in Everyday Life”

What is the purpose of my landscape photography?

My landscape photography is committed to promoting the beauty of natural and man made treasures found throughout Upstate New York and surrounding regions. I am thankful for the abundance of natural beauty that figuratively resides in our own backyard.

I believe Upstate New York contains many under appreciated indoor and outdoor treasures that anyone who lives in or around this region can easily access and enjoy. I hope my work will help you better appreciate and frequent these places so they can thrive and remain as a vibrant part of our surrounding Communities.

Where do I capture my landscape images from?
Durand Eastman Park, located in Irondequoit just off the shore of Lake Ontario is a beautiful place to visit and hike through, whether it be spring summer, autumn or winter. The Park’s landscape changes with the seasons. Even the time of day (early morning, midday, late afternoon or early evening) changes what you see during a hike.

You’re bound to run into some very friendly down to earth people (some with their four legged best friends) as you hike through Durand Eastman Park. You’ll enjoy the beauty and peacefulness of this setting and you will energize your mind and your spirit.

As time passes, my website will grow with descriptions of more places for you to visit and enjoy.
