My name is Tim Hack and I have lived in the Greater Rochester New York area since I attended college at St. John Fisher.  I spent my childhood years growing up in Yorktown Heights, New York, a suburb of New York City.

During 2004, while I was still working in the traditional world of employment, I decided to launch a freelance photography venture I named Photo eScapes.  My decision to start this venture was driven by a Dream I had to develop my passion for photography, along other gifts I had been blessed, into a meaningful and rewarding livelihood.

Early in 2007, I left the conventional world of work behind to pursue my freelance photography as a full-time venture.  My desire to genuinely serve others coupled with the challenges my personal values and ethics had experienced throughout my working career, compelled me to take action and make a complete break from familiar forms of employment.  There is no script for the Journey I’m on.  I truly know myself, I possess Vision and Courage. I am Committed to my Mission.

The various facets of my photography work (capturing images of people, places and things) continually grow as I have found that providing my services is as much about establishing a genuine rapport with people as it is about creating images with meaningful with the goods and services I provide to you “My Customer”.

I have created a style that is uniquely my own, catering to people’s particular needs, providing value added services and goods to them with a touch of personal rapport.

I thoroughly enjoy the diversity of my photography work (weddings, people and pet portraitures, fine art landscapes, live outdoor/indoor performances, festivals, charitable fund raising community service events, educational training and more). I find common threads running through each form of photography I offer and I believe this diversity keeps my work, my mind and my spirit fresh and alive.

I strive to capture and preserve the beauty, awe and wonder that surrounds all of us, as I photograph people, places, pets and things I see with my eyes and my imagination.

The goal and ultimate reward I seek in my photography is to positively affect people that experience the fruits of my work with inspirational thoughts and uplifting feelings

I operate my business based on a “Servant Leadership” Philosophy.  By genuinely serving others and their good, I will achieve my Life’s Purpose, my Goals, my Dreams.

I am committed to following a genuine Win/Win philosophy with the people I provide service to.  I firmly believe that in doing a great job and providing you my Customer with superior value (achieving “Customer Delight”); new work will follow from referrals.

I find it pretty interesting/intriguing, that after a 4 year Accounting degree and years of working in various Information Technology capacities, that I am now traveling down the creative road I’m on today. I have no regrets about my decision to transform my passion for photography and my desire to provide genuine service to others people into a livelihood. Believe it or not, my business and technology experiences have brought added value to my freelance photography venture.

My photography venture is taking me down a path I truly belong on.  I can be True to myself and to the Values of Service, Quality, Honesty and Integrity that I strongly Believe in and wish to follow in my own daily Life.  The tangible and intangible rewards I have and will continue to receive as I travel through this adventure are priceless!!!

I could never think about Pursuing My Dream and accomplishing what I have so far, without the support and encouragement of all of you that have actively employed my photography services (My Customers) along with the Special People I’ve met (referred to as my “Personal Champions Network”), that put their faith in me, saw “added value” in my work, and opened doors to endless opportunities.  Thank You to All of You!!!
